Basic Warranty/ Terms

Products are warranted to be free from defects in material or workmanship and liability under any expressed or implied warranty is limited to purchase price only. Only stock items may be replaced or credited after making a prorate charge for services rendered. All returns require a return goods authorization (RGA) number and must be shipped pre-paid. A restocking charge may be applied. Special made or non-standard catalog items are non-returnable.

Products do have a finite life; products should be maintained, inspected and replaced prior to failure. All metal hose assemblies are custom made. We do have standard catalog products but they are considered non stock. All returns require a Return Goods Authorization number and a re-stocking charge will be applied. Some products may be non-returnable.

It is the responsibility of the distributor, contractor, end user and any or all combinations of such entities to verify that products conform to and satisfy all rules, codes and any other requirements regarding the intended use of said products.

The contractor is always responsible for installation. Care should be taken to read and understand instructions. If you do not understand how to properly install hose assemblies then do not install.
