Chemical Transfer Hose

To better meet our customer's needs we now offer 2 types of chemical transfer hose. Below you will find both types of the chemical transfer hoses. If you do not find the chemical transfer hose that is suited for your application please contact us.

GREEN XLPE

Handles 90% of today's chemicals in pressure, gravity flow or suction service.  The construction consists of Clear SpeclarT, synthetic fabric with double helix. Green XLPE hose is a rugged, long-lasting hose with spiral helix for added strength and stability.  The SpeclarT polyethylene tube is resistant to a wide range of chemicals.  Because of its versatility, Green XLPE hose can be used to handle a variety of chemicals in a variety of applications. The green cover shows at a glance whether it is the proper hose for the chemical being handled. This color coding reduces the risk of improper applications and possible accidents from the use of the wrong hose.

TUBE: Clear SpeclarT (XLPE)
REINFORCEMENT: Synthetic fabric with double helix.
COVER: Green Versiguard® synthetic rubber with spiral white stripe (Wrapped Impression).
TEMPERATURE: -25°F to 150°F (-32°C to 66°C)

FABCHEMT

FabchemT handles 98% of common industrial chemicals in pressure, gravity flow and suction service. FabchemT is an ultra high molecular weight polyethylene we call Pliosyn. For quick easy changes when transferring a variety of chemicals, FabchemT hose can be steam cleaned which also helps prevent contamination of the chemicals being transferred. It is lighter in weight, easier to handle, more flexible and has up to half the bend radii. For prolonged service, FabchemT hose will reduce inventories and operating costs. Fabchem'sT hoses low coefficient of friction allows for faster, more cost efficient product transfer.

TUBE: Pliosyn (ultra high molecular weight polyethylene).
REINFORCEMENT: Synthetic fabric with wire double helix.
COVER: Green Versiguard® with bright orange longitudinal stripe. Corrugated (Wrapped impression).
TEMPERATURE: -40°F to 150°F (-40°C to 66°C)
